What counts as a "pitch check"?
A pitch check is one brand × one set of jurisdictions. You can re-run the same check freely after a knowledge-base update. Those re-runs don't count against your monthly allowance. If a check fails because we couldn't classify the brand, it isn't counted either.

Is this legal advice?
No. Pitchsafe is decision support: structured, cited intelligence that helps you and your legal team get to a decision faster. Every red item should be raised with qualified counsel before sign-off.
Where does the data come from?
From 30+ regulator websites, official rulings, and a curated set of law firms and trade body publications. Each item is tagged by AI then mapped to a primary source citation before it lands in the knowledge base.
What if a regulation changes mid-month?
Reports are versioned. When a regulation that touches one of your past reports changes, you'll see a 'review' badge on that report, and the affected obligations are flagged. Re-running the check doesn't count against your monthly allowance.
Do you support a vertical we don't see listed?
Often we can scope a custom vertical for Enterprise customers. For Solo and Agency, we'll add it to the roadmap and tell you when it ships. We add 3 to 4 verticals each quarter.
GDPR, data residency, SOC 2?
GDPR-compliant by default. EU and UK data residency for Agency and Enterprise. SOC 2 Type II audit in progress, ETA Q3 2026. DPA available on request, signed within one business day.

Who owns the reports we generate?
You do. Reports are your work product. We retain a hashed audit log to defend the integrity of the knowledge base used at the time, but the content is yours to export, archive, or delete.
What does a pitch check actually cost in compute?
We charge by pitch check, not by token, because that's how agencies budget. A check is one brand × one set of jurisdictions, regardless of how many obligations turn up.
