How do credits work?
Credits cover the three heavy-AI actions: pitch reports (35 credits), paralegal chat messages (3 credits), and creator brand-safety screens (2 credits). Re-running a report - to recover from a failure or refresh it against an updated knowledge base - is a full new synthesis, so it costs the same 35 credits as the original. Everything else - HFSS scans, disclosure checks, the feed, daily digests - is bundled with the plan and doesn't touch your credits. Ideation moodboard images have a separate per-plan monthly allowance. If a job fails on our side your credits are refunded automatically. Monthly credits reset on your billing date; top-up packs persist until used.

Where does the data come from?
From 30+ regulator websites, official rulings, and a curated set of law firms and trade body publications. Each item is tagged by AI then mapped to a primary source citation before it lands in the knowledge base.
What if a regulation changes mid-month?
When the knowledge base behind one of your completed reports has been updated since it ran, the report shows a banner suggesting a refresh. Re-running costs the same 35 credits as the original report - it's a fresh synthesis, not a cached patch.
Do you support a vertical we don't see listed?
Often we can scope a custom vertical for Enterprise customers. For Solo and Agency, we'll add it to the roadmap and tell you when it ships. We add 3 to 4 verticals each quarter.
GDPR, data residency, SOC 2?
GDPR-compliant by default, with UK/EU hosting. A DPA is available on request and signed within one business day. Security documentation is available to Enterprise buyers.
Who owns the reports we generate?
You do. Reports are your work product. We retain a hashed audit log to defend the integrity of the knowledge base used at the time, but the content is yours to export, archive, or delete.
What does each action cost in credits?
Credits cover the heavy AI work: a full pitch report (Opus-grade synthesis across all selected jurisdictions) is 35 credits, a paralegal chat message is 3 credits, and a creator brand-safety screen is 2 credits. Re-running a report - to recover from a failure or refresh it against an updated knowledge base - costs the same 35 credits as the original, since it's a full new synthesis. Everything else - HFSS scans, disclosure checks, the feed, and the daily digest - is included with your plan, no credits consumed. Ideation images come from a separate per-plan monthly allowance (Pro 50, Agency 200). If a job fails on our side, credits are refunded automatically.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can either wait for your monthly allocation to renew, upgrade your plan, or buy a top-up pack (100/500/2,000 credits). Top-ups never expire and stack on top of your monthly allocation.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly allocation credits don't roll over - they reset on your billing date. Top-up credits do persist until used.
What counts as a creator screen?
Any user-initiated brand-safety lookup against a creator - either the full Claude-triaged screen attached to a pitch report, or a single search on the standalone Creator check page. Each one costs 2 credits, so a Pro plan can run up to ~600 screens per month if you spend the whole credit pool on screens alone.
